Superenalotto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all Malaysian users' use of the superenalotto platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the superenalotto platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. superenalotto reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any outstanding balances and winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. superenalotto will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or whenever the company deems it necessary — including submission of valid identification documents such as a national ID or passport.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users agree to use the superenalotto platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable Malaysian and international laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results
- Using another person's account or sharing an account without authorisation
- Uploading or distributing harmful, defamatory, or obscene content through the platform
- Taking any action that could compromise the stability or security of the platform's systems
Superenalotto reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be in breach of these rules, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the superenalotto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, approved e-wallets, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as withdrawal limits, depend on the payment method selected and your account verification level. These limits are subject to change and will be communicated to users via the platform.
Deposit processing times vary by payment method — most methods process within 1 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours once verification is complete. superenalotto is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, or the use of unauthorised payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be closed immediately with the balance forfeited at management's discretion.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Superenalotto makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or technical errors. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from service disruptions, data loss, or unsatisfactory betting outcomes.
Superenalotto's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the superenalotto platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of superenalotto or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or make use of any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain references to third-party services. superenalotto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or applications. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Superenalotto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information during registration, or at the request of relevant authorities. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support.
Upon account closure, any unclaimed balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or breach of terms will not be refunded.
Amendments to Terms
These terms and conditions may be amended by superenalotto at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
